Inclusion Criteria

Patients with C6-C7 level of injury, Patients with AIS- C, Patients with weak pronators (checked by MMT), Both male and female, Age between 18-60 years, Medically stable, No contractures in upper extremity, Patient sustained injury for at least 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with diabetes

Patients with any psychiatric disorder

Patients with any other neurological or orthopedic impairments in upper limb

Pregnancy

Malignancy

Pacemaker

Patients with any skin problems, any skin allergy 

Medically unstable

Primary Outcome Measures

Since most of the SCI patients have less power in the upper extremity, hence it is difficult for them to perform their ADL using the muscles to pronate the wrist position. With the help of this device the patient will be able to perform all their activities with assistance in pronation movement with the developed splint.Timepoint: Patient will be assessed after 4 weeks of using the orthosis
