入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Partially or completely bony impacted mandibular third molars.
- •2.Age between 18-40 years.
排除标准
- •1.Acute infection/abscess of odontogenic and non-odontogenic causes.
- •2.Pregnant and lactating females.
- •3.Patients with known systemic disorders such as diabetes mellitus, anaemia, hypertension, thyroid disorder, immunocompromised state etc.
- •4.History of allergy to local anaesthetic agents like lignocaine.
- •5.Heavy use alcoholics(For men, consuming more than 4 drinks on any day or more than 14 drinks per week, For women, consuming more than 3 drinks on any day or more than 7 drinks per week) and current smokers(An adult who has smoked 100 cigarettes in his or her lifetime and who currently smokes cigarettes).
- •6.Patients having disorders causing impairment in mouth opening of less than 30mm like OSMF, Temporomandibular Joint Disorders , trismus etc
