- •Female; Age: 20\-39; FSH\>20; One year after POF diagnose; Normal karyotype
- •Exclusion criteria: Liposuction contraindication; Thyroid dysfunction; Immune system disease; Past history of cancer; Chemotherapy; Radiotherapy; HIV\+; Hepatitis B or C; Severe endometriosis

Fertility preservation in breast cancer patients: oocytes or embryos vitrification.The aim of this trial is to offer a safe and efficient alternative protocol to preserve fertility by storing oocytes in breast cancer patients before chemotherapy.
