- •3\. Scheduled for elective cardiac surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnancy
- •2\. Age \<18 years
- •3\. Emergency surgery
- •4\. Patients with diabetes on diet control or a single oral hypoglycemic agent
