Inclusion Criteria

1. A new (first time) diagnosis of head and neck cancers (malignant tumors originating in the upper aero digestive tract; oral cavity, Oropharynx, larynx, Hypopharynx and Nasopharynx.

2. A positive history of using smokeless tobacco (SLT).

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnancy

2. Historical diagnosis and treatment for head and neck cancer.
