•Patients of age group 5-70.
•Both sexes.
•Patients presenting signs and symptoms of Acute Pharyngitis with onset less than 3 days.
•Modified Centor Criteria Score less than 2.

•Patients with Chronic or Recurrent Pharyngitis, Tonsillitis, other Upper Respiratory Tract
•Infections.
•Age group below 5 and above 70.
•Patients presenting signs and symptoms of Acute Pharyngitis with onset 3 or more days.
•Modified Centor Criteria Score with 2 or more.
•Individuals with severe underlying medical conditions such as immunodeficiency disorders, autoimmune diseases, or malignancies.
•Pregnant or breastfeeding women may be excluded.
•Cases in which surgical intervention is necessary.
