Patients of age group 5-70.
Both sexes.
Patients presenting signs and symptoms of Acute Pharyngitis with onset less than 3 days.
Modified Centor Criteria Score less than 2.
Patients with Chronic or Recurrent Pharyngitis, Tonsillitis, other Upper Respiratory Tract
Infections.
Age group below 5 and above 70.
Patients presenting signs and symptoms of Acute Pharyngitis with onset 3 or more days.
Modified Centor Criteria Score with 2 or more.
Individuals with severe underlying medical conditions such as immunodeficiency disorders, autoimmune diseases, or malignancies.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women may be excluded.
Cases in which surgical intervention is necessary.
