- •Patients who were scheduled to elective thyroidectomy (total or partial) with thyroid cancer or hyperthyroidism

- •ASA-PS(American society of Anesthesiology- physical status) class III or IV
- •taking medicine related to regulate the temperature or to have the endocrine disease
- •hyperthermia or hypothermia before surgery
