- •All candidates for heart surgery ( on pump CABG); who fill out the consent form to participate in research.
- •Exclusion criteria :All patients with a history of sensitivity to propafenone; 'EF <30%; cardiogenic shock; bradycardia; marked hypotension; sick sinus; electrolyte imbalance.
