Inclusion Criteria
1.Diagnosed as Major depressive disorder by criteria DSM-V
2. MADRS score 7 or more
3. Age 18-60 years
4. Can read and understand Thai language
5. consent form was done
Exclusion Criteria
1.severe depression ( MADRS > 34)
2. Have suicidal behavior
3. Have delusion or hallucination
4. During an electroconvulsive therapy or admission in hospital
5. Have Comorbid illnss : substance use disorder, persistent depressive disorder
6. Hearing or communication problem
