Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Diagnosed as Major depressive disorder by criteria DSM\-V
- •2\. MADRS score 7 or more
- •3\. Age 18\-60 years
- •4\. Can read and understand Thai language
- •5\. consent form was done
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.severe depression ( MADRS \> 34\)
- •2\. Have suicidal behavior
- •3\. Have delusion or hallucination
- •4\. During an electroconvulsive therapy or admission in hospital
- •5\. Have Comorbid illnss : substance use disorder, persistent depressive disorder
- •6\. Hearing or communication problem
