Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Diagnosed as Major depressive disorder by criteria DSM\-V
  • •2\. MADRS score 7 or more
  • •3\. Age 18\-60 years
  • •4\. Can read and understand Thai language
  • •5\. consent form was done

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.severe depression ( MADRS \> 34\)
  • •2\. Have suicidal behavior
  • •3\. Have delusion or hallucination
  • •4\. During an electroconvulsive therapy or admission in hospital
  • •5\. Have Comorbid illnss : substance use disorder, persistent depressive disorder
  • •6\. Hearing or communication problem
