- •-Patients undergoing surgical procedures under general anaesthesia requiring laryngoscopy and intubation.

- •-Patients with Cormack Lehane grade 1 on direct laryngoscopy,
- •-Restricted mouth opening,
- •-Upper airway Tumors,
- •-Full stomach, GERD, hiatus hernia, pregnancy,
- •- Emergency surgery.
