ASA physical status class ? and ??; age 18-55 years; need for NG intubation for gastric lavage; willing to participate in the investigation; orally or written consent declaration; absence of mental retardation, systemic disorders such as acute or chronic diseases and psychological problems; no use of anticoagulation drugs; no other threatening emergency problems; abnormality on airway; and being alert. Exclusion criteria: unwilling to participate in the study; severe bleeding (the blood flowing) ; presence an abnormal in airway, and resisting to NG intubation.
