Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing elective CPB-facilitated
open heart surgery
2. Age > 18 years old
3. eGFR < 60 mL/min but ≥ 30 mL/min
Exclusion Criteria
1. Allergy to any drugs in study
2. Previous surgery in thoracic cavity
3. Severe cardiac dysfunction (LVEF <30%)
4. BMI > 35 kg/m2
