Inclusion Criteria
- •acute symptomatic internal carotid artery occlusion (diagnosed by MRA, CTA, carotid duplex or TFCA) patients within 4\.5 hours of symptom onset treated by IV thrombolysis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient without consent and follow up at 3 months were excluded.
