Inclusion criteria â?? adult patients (18-70 years), ASA I/II undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia.
a) The presence of predictors of difficult bag and mask ventilation (presence of beard, obese with BMI >35, snoring, edentulous, intraoral tumors, receding chin etc.) and intubation, including decreased inter-incisor distance ( <2 cm), short thyromental distance ( <6 cm), and reduced neck extension ( <80° from neck flexion), cervical spine instability, or risk of pulmonary aspiration.
b) Patient refusal to participate in the study
c) ASA III or more
