?Normal mobility and percussion
?without unknown pain
?Hemostasis can be done within 3-5 minutes with wet cotton
?No internal root resorption observed
?No periapical radiolucency
?Available to restore with composite resin or indirect restoration(Permanent tooth), Crown restoration(Primary tooth)
?Spontaneous pain
?Unusual mobility and percussion test result
?Swelling or sinus tract on gum
?No tooth vitality observed
?Fail to hemostasis 5 minutes after pulpotomy
