good knowledge of German in understanding and language
- Age = 65 years of age
- planned surgical intervention with anesthesia procedures
- Immobility
- disabling trauma to the lower extremities
- disabling trauma to the writing hand or dominant arm
- Ignorance of numbers or a clock dial
- Language barrier with severely impaired communication
- Diseases with difficulty understanding, severe mental retardation, highly advanced dementia
- Blindness, severe visual impairment
- Deafness, strongest hearing loss with impossible communication
- Emergency/ very urgent surgical indication (within 0 to 6 hours, N0-N2)
- Participation in another interventional study or AMG/MPG study
