Inclusion Criteria
Atrophic posterior maxillary region and residual bone height less than 5 mm requiring bone augmentation rehabilition with dental implants.
Exclusion Criteria
smokers, patients with uncontrolled systematic disease, maxillary sinus diseases, and patients with an inadequate amount of bone in the mandible symphysis where the autogenous bone graft was harvested.
