Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Atrophic posterior maxillary region and residual bone height less than 5 mm requiring bone augmentation rehabilition with dental implants.
Exclusion Criteria
- •smokers, patients with uncontrolled systematic disease, maxillary sinus diseases, and patients with an inadequate amount of bone in the mandible symphysis where the autogenous bone graft was harvested.
