Inclusion Criteria
1)BMI more than 30
2)Medically stable, undergoing bariatric surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1)Moderate to severe illness of any system
2)High risk patient for cardiovascular and neurological system
3)Musculoskeletal pathology
4)Inability to perform the functional tests and interventions

Name Time Method VO2R, Waist Circumference, 1RM, BMI, Blood Pressure, HbA1C, Becks Depression Inventory, Gastro-intestinal Symptom Rating Scale.Timepoint: Every 4weeks Interval till subjects show deconditioning effect.
