简要总结

The study will be a comparative clinical phase 2 trial.The screen patients will be randomly divided in two group using computerized randomization method for unbiased allocation.

  1. Group A will be given  -

( a)                Yogaraj guggulu - 2 tab. TDS

( b)                Nadi Sweda of Dashmool Kawath for 15-20 min.on affected joint after application of Dashmool tail twice a day

 

  1. Group b will be given -

( a)                Yogaraj guggulu - 2 tab TDS

( b)                 Local steam bath for 15-20 min on affected joint twice a day.

     

Aim and objectives:

To compare the effect between Nadi Sweda and local steam bath therapy in Sandhi-Gata-Vata

  • •1.Patients beyond 18 years of age of either sex will be included.
  • •2.Patients having complaint of single or multiple joint pain.

排除标准

  • •1 History of trauma /injury/tumor/ infection and non-mechanical cause.
  • •2 Patients ofAmavata,Vataraktaand involvement of pittaor RaktaDosha.
  • •3 Hypertension,heart disease, diarrhea.
  • •4 Pregnancy, lactation andduring menstruation.
  • •5 Chronic and systemic aliment or any anatomical condition.
  • •6 Disc herniation of vertebral column.

TO EVALUATE THE EFFECT OF DASHMOOL KWATH NADI SWEDA AND LOCAL STEAM BATH IN SANDHI-GATA-VATA.

时间窗: 3 month

  • Any advers event reported voluntarily,oberved or enquired.Recurrence in sign and symptomsof Sandhigatavata(3 month)
