Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All individuals aged \>\=40 years and diagnosed with COPD (post bronchodilator FEV1/ FVC(L) \<0\.70\) according to GOLD criteria and those previously diagnosedtaking treatment with for COPD in the selected area will be eligible to take part in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals who are seriously ill, participants with asthma and participants with cognitive impairment will be excluded from the study
