Radio graphic evidences of osteoarthritis knee grade 1,2, 3 as per Kellgren Lawrence grading system
In absence of X-ray with primary osteoarthritis of knee as per (ACR) American College of Rheumatology clinical criteria for knee osteoarthritis diagnosis which included â?? pain along with satisfaction of any 3 of clinical signs- age >50 yrs, bony tenderness, bony enlargement, crepitus, no palpable warmth and no morning stiffness greater than 30 mins
1.History of any knee surgery or fracture
2.Sign of acute inflammation or infection
3.Systemic infection and inflammatory disease
4.Neuromuscular impairment affecting the outcome measures
5.Having any congenital abnormality or deformity
