Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients more than 18 years of age with unilateral vocal cord paralysis
2) Patient giving consent to participate in study
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients with laryngeal organic lesions (polyp,nodule,papilloma, carcinoma) and those with history of laryngeal irradiation
2) Patients with pre existing pulmonary disorders
3) Patients not giving consent
