Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •planned prostatectomy for localized prostate cancer.
- •\- Carlson Comorbidity Index \= 3
- •\- no neoadjuvant androgen deprivation
- •\- ability to attend outpatient physical therapy appointments on a regular basis
- •\- continence based on EPIC\-26 SD
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- lack of ability to give consent (e.g. care relationship)
- •\- lack of German language skills
- •\- contraindication / intolerance to the use of the MAPLe probe
- •\- already pre\-operatively existing, diagnosed incontinence
- •\- previous pelvic and/or pelvic floor surgery
- •\- prostate volume \=100ml
- •\- rehabilitation treatment after acute care
