Inclusion Criteria

1) Kellgren-Lawlence Grade II-IV on radiography with knee pain more than 6 months
2) Adult male and female patients aged 50 to under 80.
3) Patients who do not respond to treatment such as physiotherapy or drug therapy.
4) Patients with a numerical rating scale of 6 or higher
4) Pain reduction of more than 50% for more than 24 hours after 2cc injection of local anesthetic to the genicular nerve under c-arm guidance
5) Patients who have voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical trial.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients with acute knee pain (less than 6 months)
2) Patients who had previously had knee surgery
3) Patients with connective tissue disease that can cause knee pain (eg rheumatoid arthritis)
4) Patients with knee pain due to sciatica
5) Patients with side effects from local anesthetics or steroids
6) Patients who received steroid-containing treatment within the last 3 months
7) Patients with neurological or psychiatric problems
8) Patients who are contraindicated in nerve block such as blood clotting disorder or infection
9) If the patient does not agree to participate in the study
