Inclusion Criteria
Patient aged between 18-60 years of both sexes with ASA grade 1-2 undergoing spinal surgery and fixation only from D11 to L5 level will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a history of previous spinal surgery, scoliosis, congestive heart failure, morbid obesity, severe obstructive pulmonary disease will be excluded.
