Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria for participation in the study was that children, parents/caregivers and teachers gave written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Participants were excluded if they did not participate or were injured at the pre or post assessment.

Name Time Method Assessment of fitness using a Spiroergometrie with an incrementaltest on a cycle-ergometer. <br>Both assessments took place before and after the intervention, which lasted for 5 months.
