Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •2\.ASA physical status 1\-3
  • •3\.Undergoing Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with Carbon dioxide (CO2\) insufflation under general anesthesia with controlled ventilation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Consent withdrawn
  • •2\.Underlying disease Asthma
  • •3\.Underlying disease Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • •4\.Underlying disease Pulmonary hypertension
  • •5\.Patient with pneumonia
  • •6\.Patient with unstable vital signs
  • •7\.BMI more than or equal to 30 kg/m2
  • •5\.Patient with hypercatabolic disease
