- •ASA physical status I or II
- •- Diagnosed as mandibular prognathism or skeletal class III malocclusion
- •- Require a mandibular setback surgery with bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSRO) with or without maxillary surgery
排除标准
- •1. Present with any uncontrolled systemic disease or undergoing the medications that may affect the sleep condition
- •2. Existing OSA
- •3. Craniofacial syndrome
- •4. Previous orthognathic surgery or nasopharynx or oropharynx surgery
- •5. Significant change in BMI during the study period
