Inclusion Criteria
- •Multiloculated empyema
- •Trapped lung
- •Inadequate drainage of empyema despite chest tube
- •Persistent bronchopleural fistula with collapsed lungPatient diagnosed to have chronic kidney disease with or without haemodialysis/ peritoneal dialysis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Empyema secondary to oesophageal rupture, tuberculosis, mediastinitis, fungal infection, post traumatic Post\-operative empyema
