1. Subjects with various respiratory conditions including chronic lung diseases (COPD, interstitial lung diseases, and pulmonary hypertension), post COVID-19 pneumonia, and OSA.
2. Aged equal or greater than 18 years old
3. The inform consent will be signed for all subjects
1. Subjects with poor peripheral perfusion defined by prolong capillary refilling time (CRT) is greater than 2 seconds.
2. Unable to perform six minute walk test (6-MWT) in subjects with chronic lung diseases and post COVID-19 pneumonia.
