Patients with age 20-70 years of any gender.
2. Patients with reduction in FEV1 by FVC Ratio (50-70 per.)
3. Patient with a post-bronchodilator FEV1 less than 80 per. and FEV1 by FVC ratio less than 70 per.
4. Patient with signs and symptoms of Chronic Bronchitis (like persistent cough, increased mucus production, shortness of breath, wheezing, and chest discomfort)
1. Patients with immune deficiency diseases like AIDS, cancer etc,
2. Patients with systemic illness that is contraindicated to spirometry (myocardial infarction, pneumothorax , large aneurysm etc),
3. Pregnant and lactating mother
