入选标准
- •Patient group: the subjects were diagnosed as having carpal tunnel syndrome via electrodiagnostic testing.
- •Control group: individuals without any carpal tunnel syndrom-related symptoms or abnormal findings at elctrodiagnostic testing
排除标准
- •1) central nervous system lesion affecting the hands
- •2) concomitant lower cervical radiculopathy or other peripheral nerve lesions
- •3) peripheral vascular disease
- •4) arthritis in the hand and wrist
- •5) previous surgical history in the wrist or hand
- •6) systemic disease, such as tumors, thyroid diseases, fibromyalgia, and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (glycosylated hemoglobin >9%)
