Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients of Type 2 diabetes who are stabilized.
- •2\.practice Yoga for at least 6 months more than three times per week
- •3\.Patients willingly participating in the trial and giving written consent
- •4\.Age group: 30\-60 years of both sexes
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients unwilling to participate in the trial and not giving ICF.
- •2\.Patients of type I Diabetes.
