Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria for study: inclination to participate in research, at least 60 years old, patient’s candidate for knee arthroplasty surgery, use of spinal anesthesia for surgery. Exclusion criteria for study: history of the Benson relaxation technique, identified cognitive and mental problems, drug or alcohol abuse and severe visual and auditory disorders. Sample loss criteria: refusal to continue to participate in research by patients, surgery complication like bleeding and infection, use of pain pump for pain control after knee arthroplasty.
