Inclusion Criteria
Fathers or mothers who
1 have children age 4-6 years old
2 are at least 18 years old
3 have full time job
4 have subjectively low power in raising their children
Exclusion Criteria
1 have underlying psychiatric disorders
2 have children with neurodevelopment disorders
3 have children with existing health conditions that require regular visit to hospital or medication
