- •1) age 25 to 45 years.
- •2) using a computer for >15 hours/week and >3 years.
- •3) posture-related mechanical neck pain.
- •4) mechanical neck pain with grades 1 and 2.
排除标准
- •1) cervical disorders (vertebral artery insufficiency, neoplasm..).
- •2) neurological symptoms.
- •3) previous history of neck trauma and spondylosis, periarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis.
