Inclusion Criteria
Primigravida of normal risk between 18 and 35 years old that want to have a normal delivery and that are in regular prenatal follow-up.
Exclusion Criteria
Hight risk pregnant womem, pregnant womem that can not do pelvic physiotherapy or regular exercises, that present abortion risk or risk for having a premature delivery, that have had abortion or pelvic surgery and that present cognitive disturbance.

- Primary Outcome Measures

Reduction of perineal trauma by 50% in participants in the Physiotherapy group, identified through the birth data form completed by the attending health professional and the participant's hospital record data.;Expected outcome 2. Reduction of anxiety and gestational depression by 30% in participants of the Physiotherapy group, identified through the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS).;Expected outcome 3. Reduction of pain in the puerperium in 50% of participants in the Physiotherapy group, identified through the Visual Analog Pain Scale.;Expected outcome 4. Improvement of puerperium functionality in 50% of participants in the Physiotherapy group, identified using the Timed Up and Go (TUG) functionality test.
