Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To identify difference in gait patterns among

patients with early weight bearing protocol and

late weight bearing protocol by measuring lower

limb symmetry indices after osteosynthesis of

proximal tibia fractures.Timepoint: Clinical and radiological assessment at 15th day, 30th day, 45th day, 60th day, 3 month and 6 month post-operatively. Gait and biomarker analysis at 6 months post-operatively.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To study the difference between early and late

weight bearing protocol after osteosynthesis of

proximal tibia fractures on

functional and radiological outcome.Timepoint: Functional outcome at 6 months. Radiological outcome immediately after surgery and at 6 months post-operatively.
