ConditionsThe purpose of the screening test is to assess possible initial signs of cognitive impairment and to find indications of a potential dementia disorder. No diagnosis is made on the basis of the screening result itself. If the result is abnormal, the patient is referred to a specialist for further diagnostic clarification.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Full capacity to consent
•According to study group:
•\- No cognitive impairment (MMST \> 26\)
•\- Presence of mild cognitive impairment (MCI)
•\- Presence of dementia at an early stage (assessment by the attending physician)
•Sufficient knowledge of the German language to use the app
