- The purpose of the screening test is to assess possible initial signs of cognitive impairment and to find indications of a potential dementia disorder. No diagnosis is made on the basis of the screening result itself. If the result is abnormal, the patient is referred to a specialist for further diagnostic clarification.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Full capacity to consent
- •According to study group:
- •\- No cognitive impairment (MMST \> 26\)
- •\- Presence of mild cognitive impairment (MCI)
- •\- Presence of dementia at an early stage (assessment by the attending physician)
- •Sufficient knowledge of the German language to use the app
Exclusion Criteria
- •Non\-existent capacity to consent
- •Advanced dementia (MMST \< 10\)
- •Motor impairments
- •Psychiatric illnesses (except dementia, if applicable)
