Inclusion Criteria

1.Body mass index > 25 kg/m2
2.waist circumference > 90 cm male and 80 cm female
3. morbid obesity BMI > 40 kg/m2 or BMI > 35 kg/m2 with 1 disease

Exclusion Criteria

1.pregnancy and breastfeeding mother 6 months
2.condition caused obesity example drug, endocrine
3. heart disease
4. cerebrovascular disease
5. psychiatric disease
6. cancer
7.bleeding disorder or have antiplatelet anticoagulants, immunosuppressive drugs
8. skin lesion, wound
9. immunocompromised host
