入选标准
- •Adult men and women over 50 years of age
- •-Able to walk independently
- •- Those who understand the explanation of this study and agree to participate
排除标准
- •? People with neurological diseases that affect walking
- •(e.g., traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, multiple sclerosis)
- •? Those who have undergone orthopedic surgery within the last 6 months or have had a central fracture (central bone: spine, pelvis, lower extremity) within 1 year
- •? Liver level (more than 3 times the upper normal limit)
- •? Those with abnormalities in kidney function (eGFR <30ml/min or Cr >1.2)
- •? Chronic disease patients
- •(a) Type 1 diabetes or uncontrolled type 2 diabetes (fasting blood sugar = 160mg/dl),
- •(b) Uncontrolled hypertension (>160/100 mmHg),
- •(c) heart failure (NYHA class 3,4),
- •(d) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD, grade C, D),
- •(e) Those with liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh B, C)
- •? Those who have been diagnosed with cancer requiring treatment within the last 5 years
- •? Those who are unable to measure grip strength and lower extremity strength
- •? Persons with cognitive decline to the point where they cannot follow instructions
- •? Any other person who is unable to participate in the study at the discretion of the PI (principal investigator)
