•? People with neurological diseases that affect walking
•(e.g., traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, multiple sclerosis)
•? Those who have undergone orthopedic surgery within the last 6 months or have had a central fracture (central bone: spine, pelvis, lower extremity) within 1 year
•? Liver level (more than 3 times the upper normal limit)
•? Those with abnormalities in kidney function (eGFR <30ml/min or Cr >1.2)
•? Chronic disease patients
•(a) Type 1 diabetes or uncontrolled type 2 diabetes (fasting blood sugar = 160mg/dl),
•(b) Uncontrolled hypertension (>160/100 mmHg),
•(c) heart failure (NYHA class 3,4),
•(d) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD, grade C, D),
•(e) Those with liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh B, C)
•? Those who have been diagnosed with cancer requiring treatment within the last 5 years
•? Those who are unable to measure grip strength and lower extremity strength
•? Persons with cognitive decline to the point where they cannot follow instructions
•? Any other person who is unable to participate in the study at the discretion of the PI (principal investigator)
