Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult men and women over 50 years of age
- •\-Able to walk independently
- •\- Those who understand the explanation of this study and agree to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •? People with neurological diseases that affect walking
- •(e.g., traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, multiple sclerosis)
- •? Those who have undergone orthopedic surgery within the last 6 months or have had a central fracture (central bone: spine, pelvis, lower extremity) within 1 year
- •? Liver level (more than 3 times the upper normal limit)
- •? Those with abnormalities in kidney function (eGFR \<30ml/min or Cr \>1\.2\)
- •? Chronic disease patients
- •(a) Type 1 diabetes or uncontrolled type 2 diabetes (fasting blood sugar \= 160mg/dl),
- •(b) Uncontrolled hypertension (\>160/100 mmHg),
- •(c) heart failure (NYHA class 3,4\),
- •(d) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD, grade C, D),
