Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adult men and women over 50 years of age
  • \-Able to walk independently
  • \- Those who understand the explanation of this study and agree to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • ? People with neurological diseases that affect walking
  • (e.g., traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, multiple sclerosis)
  • ? Those who have undergone orthopedic surgery within the last 6 months or have had a central fracture (central bone: spine, pelvis, lower extremity) within 1 year
  • ? Liver level (more than 3 times the upper normal limit)
  • ? Those with abnormalities in kidney function (eGFR \<30ml/min or Cr \>1\.2\)
  • ? Chronic disease patients
  • (a) Type 1 diabetes or uncontrolled type 2 diabetes (fasting blood sugar \= 160mg/dl),
  • (b) Uncontrolled hypertension (\>160/100 mmHg),
  • (c) heart failure (NYHA class 3,4\),
  • (d) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD, grade C, D),
