Patients having sign and symptoms of â??Mandagniâ?? according to classical text of Ayurveda.
Patient with chronicity of less than 1 year
1. Patients having associated cardiac disease, tuberculosis, diabetes mellitus, malignant hypertension, renal impairment, hypothyroidism, liver disorders, depression, cancers, acid peptic disorders, bleeding disorders,
2. Patients with history of long-term steroid and cytotoxic treatment.
3. Patients participated in any clinical trial within last six months.
