- •Diagnosed with PCOS, by a qualified medical practitioner
- •speak english, kannada or malayalam
Exclusion Criteria
- •Current or Past hostory of psychological disorders
- •Under medication either for higher BMI or any systemic illness
- •Unwilling to participate in the study
