- 1. To analyse the lakshana based on dosha predominance in patients presenting with mutrakrucchra.

This cross sectional observational study includes 50 patients diagnosed with mutrakrucchra as per classical Ayurvedic signs and symptoms. Detailed history, physical examination, and dosha assessment will be conducted using a structured questionnaire. Urine samples will undergo routine, microscopic, and culture analysis. Findings will be correlated with dosha specific presentations to explore clinical and laboratory associations.

入选标准
- •1.Patients showing signs and symptoms of mutrakrucchra (dysuria) 2.Patients aged 18-50 years of either gender.
排除标准
- •1.History of urinary tract surgery in the past six months.
- •2.Known congenital and anatomical abnormalities of the urinary tract.
- •3.History of urinary tract malignancy.
- •4.Patients with chronic renal failure, obstructive uropathy, chronic illnesses, pregnant and lactating women.
