Inclusion Criteria
1. under the age of 80
2. Patients who complain of pain from degenerative knee arthritis for more than a month
3.Patients under K-L grade 3 who are subject to non-surgical treatment
Exclusion Criteria
1. under the age of 20
2. Patients who are unable to take NSAIDs ( due to gastrointestinal disorders, renal function disorder)
3. a person with a history of surgery on the knee.
4. Patients who are repulsed by invasive procedures including acupuncture and moxibustion.
5. a patient requiring surgical treatment
