入选标准
- •1. Patients with ASA grade I and II.
- •2. Patients with body mass index between 18-30 kg/m2.
- •3. Patients of either sex posted for lower limb orthopaedic surgery.
排除标准
- •1. Coagulopathy/thrombocytopenia.
- •2. Localized infection at the proposed site of injection.
- •3. Inability to comprehend the scoring systems to be employed due to physical or mental problems.
- •4. Known allergy to the drugs to be used (local anesthetics, opioids).
- •5. Opioid tolerance/dependence.
- •6. Renal/hepatic impairment.
- •7. Known cardio respiratory impairment.
- •8. Patient with any neurological disorder.
- •9. Known contraindication to epidural anesthesia.
- •10. Pregnant woman and breastfeeding woman.
