Inclusion Criteria

More than 4weeks after stroke.
-Male and female aged over 20 years old
-VAS score over 4 points about hemiplegic shoulder pain
-subjects who don't have previous history of shoulder injury or operation of shoulder
-Those who consent to participate in this trial and sign an informed conset

Exclusion Criteria

-subjects who have had hypersensitivity reactions following acupuncture.
-in previous medical history, subjects who have pacemakers, embedded neural stimulator, cardiac arrhythmia, epilepsy, traumatic shoulder injury, peripheral neural injury
-Cognitive impairment that precluded accurate clinical assessment of VAS score
-Others whose clinical trials conductors are considered inappropriate for participating in this trial
-subjects who have another central nervous disease, severe neurological or psychiatrical(psychosis, MDD, dementia etc.)history, or taking antipsychotic medication
-subjects who have difficulty of communication or who do not provide informed conset
