Inclusion Criteria
- •Flexible flat foot
- •Playing football 1 hour twice a week
- •Recreational football players who played sports recreationally in a place where they lived
- •Arch index \>0\.2626
- •BMI between 18 to 24
Exclusion Criteria
- •Lower extremity surgery within a year
- •Flexible flatfoot with neuromuscular involvement.
- •Congenital foot abnormality
- •Limb length discrepancy
- •Low back pain19
