- •Critically Ill patients from 18 - 65 years of age admitted in Intensive Care Unit requiring Central venous cannulation
排除标准
- •1. Morbidly obese patients
- •2. Contraindications to central venous cannulation ( coagulopathies, thrombosis, local site infection )
- •3. Patients in whom head low position is contraindicated
- •4. Patients with arrythmias or underlying lung diseases.
- •5. Vertical Depth of Axillary Vein > 4 cm from skin.
